Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or due to an error on our part.
